This review has been a long time coming, not because of Genesis Buduan, of Coldwell Bankers, but because I needed the time to decompress after the over year long process of selling my home four times. Genesis stood beside me with his creativity, knowledge, and GREAT sensitivity. At every turn he had my best interests in mind, he went above and beyond to make every escrow we entered successful despite problems that arose from the buyers side. During the fourth escrow Covid-19 lockdown came to be, and Genesis allayed my fears of the 4th escrow following the first three.
