Earlier this year, I made the decision to sell my Maui property. He is honest and fair to all involved and understands the importance of building bridges. He recognized how emotional selling the property was for me and balanced keeping me updated on the process while sheltering me from things that might have caused me stress. I met Genesis one day at Maui Coffee Roasters my favorite place where you never know who you’ll meet. We got to talking story I was talking about my husband and he about his father and then he said can you hold a moment I’m typing up a listing and then I said wow you’re a realtor and I told him my real estate story and how I had a friend Napua, who was my friend for 30 years Who would be my realtor if I didn’t sell it without listing it. He just sold the house up the block from me that day. It was divine intervention I know. I invited him up the following week to take a look at my property. Amazing story is that Napua needed to travel to see her sister she asked if they could co list it together and Genesis took the reins. He has an amazing team and he is so energetic and professional, and he dives right in so beautifully. He has a wonderful presence. And he’s humble. He has a certain quality in his communication with all parties. I appreciated his quick attention to details, How he put together the print work so beautifully and scheduled the showing within three days of listing the property and we had a very successful open house day. I appreciate his team all over the world, keeping me updated with the weekly timeline was excellent. And we really became friends despite the age difference. I Admire him greatly. All while he was planning his wedding And pursuing other deals, he gracefully completed my sale. Even in the last week, he and his teammate Rayden took it upon themselves to clear the last of my property doing a couple dump runs so that the final walk-through was perfect. I believe He is paving a bright future for himself and others. And it’s beautiful to see the next generation making their dreams come true on Maui.
